Directorates of International Affairs

The International Affairs Office of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (MUMS) carries out its international activities through three specialized directorates. Each directorate plays a distinct role in advancing the University's internationalization, strengthening global academic and institutional cooperation, promoting international quality standards, and expanding health-related partnerships.

Together, these directorates enhance MUMS's international presence and foster sustainable collaboration with universities, research institutions, healthcare organizations, and partners worldwide.

Directorate of Education and Research

The Directorate of Education and Research develops and facilitates the international educational and research activities of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. The Directorate supports international academic cooperation, joint educational and research initiatives, student and faculty mobility, visiting scholars, and scientific collaboration with universities and research institutions worldwide. It also contributes to creating opportunities for international knowledge exchange and strengthening the University's global academic and research network.

Directorate of International Relations and Accreditation

The Directorate of International Relations and Accreditation is responsible for developing and strengthening the international institutional relations of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and supporting the University's international accreditation activities. The Directorate facilitates cooperation with universities, academic institutions, healthcare organizations, international networks, and other global partners. It also supports the development and implementation of international agreements and partnerships while promoting quality assurance, international standards, institutional recognition, and accreditation processes across relevant academic and institutional activities.

Directorate of Health Development

The Directorate of Health Development promotes and expands international cooperation in health, healthcare, and related fields. The Directorate works with universities, healthcare institutions, international organizations, and other partners to develop collaborative health initiatives, strengthen knowledge exchange, and enhance MUMS's contribution to regional and global health. It also facilitates international health partnerships and initiatives aimed at improving healthcare cooperation and developing sustainable professional networks.
