Based on an evaluation of by the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education, the Department of Management and Resources Development of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences was elevated to the leading rank in the establishment of the Performance Management System.

According to WEBDA, the President of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and the Deputy of Department of Management and Resources Development of this university were given appreciation plaques by the Minister of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education and the Deputy of Department of Management and Resources Development.

In the text of the appreciation plaque given by Dr. Hashemi, the Minister of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education, to Dr. Bahreini, the Deputy of Department of Management and Resources Development of the university, it is written as follows: the increasing honor of serving people sincerely, particularly serving for the improvement of their health, is a divine blessing that must be appreciated. Lucky those who enjoy the grace of God and stepped in this path.

The realization of the Health System Reform Plan in the eleventh government is due to the efforts of you and other directors and experts who employed their knowledge and expertise for the improvement of health, treatment and medical education of the country.

I need to appreciate you in recognition of your unwavering endeavor and tireless efforts during the tenure of the Department of Management and Resources Development, which coincided with the implementation of the Health System Reform plan.

Also, Dr. Mehrabi Bahar, the President of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, and Dr. Bahreini, the Deputy of Department of Management and Resources Development, were given plaques of appreciation by the Deputy of Department of Management and Resources Development of the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education and were appreciated for their efforts in obtaining the leading rank in the establishment of the Performance Management System.

The text of the plaques is as follows: “the persistence of the Management and Performance System is considered as one of the basic signs of movement toward organizational excellence. Such a system is attributable to the unwavering efforts of the thoughtful and pragmatic managers and staff. These efforts are aimed at purposive identification, provision and allocation of resources in order to realize the goals of the organization.

Now that we have, by the grace of God, entered the third year of the establishment of the Performance Management System in the area of management and resources development of the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education, I hereby announce that after the assessment carried out, the Department of Management and Resources Development of that university achieved the leading rank in the year 2016.

It is worth mentioning that Abdullah Reihani, Director of Development of Organization and Human Resources of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, attended this ceremony and received the plaques of appreciation on behalf of the President of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and the Deputy of Management and Resources Development of the university.
