Political, security, and social Deputy of the Governor General of Khorasan Razavi said: “the first international Halal food conference will be held in line with the event ‘Mashhad, cultural capital of the Islamic world’ in Mashhad”.

Seyyed Javad Hosseini said in the coordination meeting of this conference that it will be held late September this year in cooperation with government and non-government administrative organizations in line with the event ‘Mashhad 2017’.

Suggesting that all the related organizations-especially universities of the Province should do their best to organize the conference as magnificent as possible, he said: “with respect to the culture of health, this conference is highly crucial and brings about many financial effects”.

He said: “in line with the programs of the event ‘Mashhad, cultural capital of the Islamic world’ 150 international programs have been planned, of which 71 programs have been executed so far”.

The quality of this conference should be high and international famous figures should also be invited to take part in this conference.

In this meeting, Dr. Mohammad Reza Saberi-Deputy for Foods and Drugs at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences was introduced as the executive secretary of the conference and Dr. Mahmoud Tabatabei-Person in Charge of the Representative Office of the Supreme Leader in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences was introduced as the scientific secretary of the conference.
