“Every behavior affects our social, personal and occupational performance and our identity, and behaviors in turn originate in mind and mentality, so it is important how the mind is planned in order to be purposeful,” he added.
Dr. Fathi noted, “Learning and education is one of the areas where mind management can be used and educators should know this skill so that they can apply it to their students and pupils. Students on the other hand should be introduced to mental management skills from elementary school to university so they can enhance their concentration in studying and decision making.
Mind management in families will improve the quality of life and lead to healthy mental excitement. Mental management is an influential factor in arts as well, because it helps enhance the individual’s performance.”
