A Meeting of the Public Participation Council of Taleghani Hospital

The ninth meeting of the Public Participation Council of Taleghani Medical and Educational Research Center, a center affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, was held.

According to WEBDA, this meeting was attended by Sardar Amiri Moghadam, the Police Chief of Khorasan Razavi, Dr. Bakhshi Moheb, the Solicitor-General of Mashhad, Dr. Ehtesham Far, head of the university Public Participation Council, a large number of industrialists, and members of Public Participation Council of Taleghani Hospital.

In this meeting, Dr. Khani, Administrator of Taleghani Hospital, provided explanations regarding the performance and services of the Hospital and stated that due to regional needs and the provision of services in many required specializations, this hospital has turned from emergency into general center hospital.

The Solicitor-General of Mashhad, Dr. Bakhshi Moheb expressed pleasure of spending time with donors and announced his perennial willingness to attend public participations.

Expressing condolences for Muharram, Sardar Amiri Moghadam pointed out that three categories of health, safety and welfare are interdependent and highlighted that all institutions are required to have close cooperation in order to achieve health along with safety and peace.

He reported a 25-percent decrease in the number of road casualties in the first half of the year 1395 in Mashhad.

Shortly afterwards a donor, Mostashari donated 1000 million Rials on behalf of the industrial units of the west of Mashhad for the construction of a police station, and Dr. Khani provided the police with a trailer to be settled in the park.

At the end of the meeting, Head of Employment Association of the Industries of Khorasan Razavi bestowed a letter of appreciation upon the police chief, Sardar Amiri Moghadam as well as Dr. Khani, the Hospital Administrator.
