Conference of Family Healthcare Managers of Medical Universities of the Country in Mashhad

The fifteenth Conference of family healthcare managers of medical universities of the country and directors of the Department of Health, hosting by Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, started on Mehr 17^th and ended in Mehr 19^th.

According to WEBDA, the director of Department of Population, School and Family Health of Mashhad University of Medical sciences stated in this regard that this conference would be attended by 70 managers of the area of population and family health of the Ministry of Health from across the country.

Dr. Mohammad Ahmadian added that the fourteenth Conference of family healthcare managers was held in Tehran last year, and this year, the fifteenth Conference is hosted by Mashhad University of Medical Sciences due to the positive achievements of this University in the implementation of the Health System Reform Plans in the area of population and family health.

He added that visiting free health services in the suburbs of Mashhad and familiarity with healthcare plans of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences for different age groups were among the marginal plans of the fifteenth Conference of Health Directors.

The director of Department of Population, School and Family Health of Mashhad University of Medical sciences stated that in this Conference, the schemes of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education in the area of family health throughout the year 1395 was discussed.

According to him, policymaking for the healthcare of infants, children, the elderly, adolescents and the youth, prenatal care, reproduction plans, and electronic health record were among the main topics of the Conference.
