The Second Conference on the Role and Position of Technical Officials on the Health and Safety of Nutrition and Hygienic Products to Be Held

In the course of executing the educational instructions of Food and Drug Administration, a forum meeting to arrange the Second Conference on the Role and Position of Technical Officials on the Health and Safety of Nutrition and Hygienic Products was held with the presence of the manager and a number  of experts in Management Inspections on Nutrition, Cosmetics and Hygienic Products affiliated to the university’s Food and Drug Administration, and some representatives from the trade association of technical and industrial quality control officials. The forum was hosted by Food and Drug Administration of the university.

According to WebDa, Dr. Ali Asghar Esmaeil Zadeh, the director of Management Inspections on Nutrition, Cosmetics and Hygienic Products in Food and Drug Administration of the university emphasized the critical duties and key role of technical officials in the production of healthy nutrition products. “Along with executing educational instructions of Food and Drug Administration, this year also, we will be witnessing the Second Conference on the Role and Position of Technical Officials on the Health and Safety of Nutrition and Hygienic Products with the supervision and coordination of Food and Drug Administration”, he said.

The subjects to be presented in this educational conference, as he asserted, would be: an introduction to the latest rules and regulations of Food and Drug Administration, an exposition of an operational plan by Food and Drug Administration, an introduction to the process of obtaining a health and safety badge, an introduction to the process of obtaining foods and nutrition safety management system, etc.

In the end, Dr. Esmaeil Zade added “with more care and attention in the utmost and complete execution of these rules and regulations, we hope to witness healthier food and nutrition production for people”.
