Integrated System of Health (SINA) was established in the Deputy of Health  in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences

According to WebDa, Deputy of Health in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences stated in the first conference of the network managers and deputies of health in the university in 2016 that was held in Chenaran: regarding the necessity of completion of 15 programs of the Health Reform System in the area of health which is based on 10 support programs, and according to the fifth Support Project titled enhancing IT systems, registering data for integrated system of information is designed by Deputy of Health in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences under the surveillance of the authorities of the Ministry.

Dr. Hamid Reza Bahrami added: in the Health Reform Plan, in the area of health, we hope that after completing the network system in Mashhad and establishing Electronic Health File, we would be able to first enhance the quality of services and then to satisfy internal customers.

He insisted: managers should concern themselves with the staff affairs within the framework of standards, principles and instructions, and it is hoped that we could realize this purpose together.

Dr. Bahrami said: Deputy of Health in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences has developed a panel for social health centers that is the result of intra-university thinking.

Deputy of Health in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences insisted on the necessity of the Electronic Health File: the responsibility of running this software lies with managers of health networks of townships, and by implementing this plan, all paper forms will be removed.

The necessity of providing services using the Electronic Health File, the status quo and requirements of the electronic health file infrastructure, the structure, function and status of the networks in the infrastructure and training how to use this software were among issues that Dr. Farahmand, vice-Deputy of Health, Dr. Fardinfar-the Executive Deputy of Health Center- in the province and other professors discussed.
