In December, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences is hosting the First International Congress on Nutrition, from basic research to clinical interventions.

According to WEBDA, this congress will be held on December 6-8 in the School of Medicine of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences on human nutrition and health, cellular and molecular mechanisms in obesity, metabolic syndrome and related diseases, cellular and molecular medicine and nutritional diseases, clinical studies on genetics, nutrition and nutrigenetics, nutrition for cardiovascular diseases, fasting and health, food industry sciences, food health, food technologies, food chemistry, food microbiology, food biotechnology, and food sciences and nanotechnology.

By bringing together all the experts on nutrition and health in this congress, it is attempted to share the latest achievements in food sciences and contribute to the consolidation of relationships between basic sciences, human nutrition, health, and food industries.

This congress will be held for the first time in partnership with the UNESCO World Organization.
