In line with implementing the Health Reform Plan in the area of health, a new health package for children’s health including mana and the healthy child plans is offered.

According to WebDa, speaking in the sidelines of the training workshop for the new integrated services package, Manager of Population, Family and School Health of the Health Deputy of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences noted that the aim of implementing this plan was to improve the quality and quantity of children’s health as a vulnerable group in the society”.

He said: “this plan is being pilot conducted in Chenaran County and after it is monitored and approved by the related ministry, it will be extended to all counties of the Province”.

Dr. Hamed Ghazavi said: “to train target groups of the plan including doctors and midwives of the health team and practical nurses, two three-day training workshops were held in Chenaran County in cooperation with faculty members of department of children of the university and specialist management of health deputy”.

Director of Health and Treatment Network of Chenaran said that the aim of this workshop is to improve skills of children health care providers and to inform them of changes made in ‘mana’ and ‘healthy’ child plan.
