The Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education acknowledged the execution of SINA and SIB systems in Offices of Vice Chancellors for Health of some Medical Sciences Universities throughout the country.

According to WebDa, Dr. SeyyedHassan Hashemi expressed his admirations in a letter addressing the president of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences for the execution of the Integrated System of Health Information (Persian acronym SINA) and in a letter addressing the Chancellors of Medical Sciences Universities of Ardebil, Qom, Yazd, Tehran, Zanjan and Shahid Beheshti for the operationalization of the country’s Integrated Health System (Persian acronym SIB).

The Minister of Health considered the execution of the Integrated System of Health Information (SINA) in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences as an innovation responsive to the information demands at the scope of health in accordance with the executive levels of the initial health care network.

Furthermore, in his letter addressing the Chancellors of Medical Sciences Universities of Ardebl, Qom, Yazd, Tehran, Zanjan and Shahid Beheshti, Dr. Hashemi considered the operationalization procedure of the country’s Integrated Health System (SIB (Persian acronym)) in these universities as a sign of successful development of this program in the above mentioned universities regarding the four factors: as to the registered population; as to the units the offer the services in this system; as to the users offering the service to all users, and as to the proportion of service receivers to the registered population who work with this system. He admired the execution and operationalization of these plans.
