The Minister of Health Acknowledges the Chancellor of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences

In the Conference of tobacco-free national week with the theme of  “Tobacco Products, Threats to Health and Development” held in Imam Javad Conference Hall of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, the Minister of Health and Medical Education admired the officials and activists in tobacco control for the country.

According to WebDa, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences was admired as one of the successful universities in national control and fight against tobacco products.

It must be mentioned that along with the execution of the Comprehensive Law of Controlling Tobacco Products, in this ceremony, Dr. Hassan Hashemi, the Minister of Health and Medical Education, acknowledged the invaluable efforts of Dr. Mostafa MehrabiBahar, the Chancellor of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and Mr. AliAsghar Hassani, the Dean of Environmental and Professional Health Department in the Office of Vice President for Health in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and granted them a tablet of award as a memorial.
