Mashhad Health Science and Technology Park (MHSTP), as one of Iran's specialized science and technology parks, operates with the mission of supporting innovative ideas, advancing health technologies, and facilitating the commercialization of scientific achievements.

By leveraging the extensive capacities of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, the park has established an effective platform for fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and the market, thereby creating a dynamic ecosystem that transforms knowledge into economic value.

Currently, the park hosts three specialized business incubators: the Health Incubator Center, the Pharmaceutical Products Incubator Center, and the Food Health, Security, and Safety Incubator Center. The latter was recently established and is recognized as the first specialized incubator of its kind in the country.
